Terms & Conditions:

• - Booking will be confirmed only on 100% advance before check-in.
• - Check-in time at OmBodhi Homestay is at 02:00 pm and Check-out time is at 12:00 pm.
• - All guests must provide their valid photo ID with address mentioned on it.
• - Foreign guests must show valid Passport and valid Visa.
• - Indian guests must show either of the following valid documents - Driving license, Passport, Aadhaar card, Voter ID card.
• - Prices may change during the festive seasons, weekends or holidays.
• - Cutoff time for check-in is 10:00 pm and for check-out is 5:30 am.
• - Prices on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• - 100% refund if Cancellation is 15 days before check-in time.
• - No refund if Cancellation is between 15 days till check-in time or if there is No-Show.
• - Any transaction or administrative charges during cancellation/refund will be borne by the guest.

Note:

• - At OmBodhi Homestay, we do not discriminate our guests based on gender, religion, culture, colour, caste, creed, ethnicity, race, region, language, nationality or place of birth.
• - We do not sell or serve alcohol and cigarettes.
• - No alcohol and no smoking in the house.
• - We have zero tolerance towards narcotics and prostitution within our premises. Legal action will be taken against anyone caught indulging in it.
• - Main door will be closed at 10:00 pm. You may contact us if you require any assistance.
• - We do not provide room service.
• - Housekeeping is on request only and timing is from 11:00 am – 05:00 pm.
• - For the safety of everyone in the house, unauthorised persons are not allowed to stay/visit in the guest rooms.
• - We reserve the Right to Admission and Right of Refusal in our premises. This would be at the sole discretion of the house owner.
